If you say we cannot share your data then we won’t share it or any other information, that’s your right, however hopefully you’ll be happy for me to upload your trailer or photograph. We have taken steps to insure all files are stored on either, an encrypted, password protected drive or on a GDPR compliant cloud service that operate encryption. We have a legitimate interest in using any footage for promotional purposes that could include, short highlight films or stills used within our website or uploaded to social media. We will not share or sell your data to any third parties, but we may need to share elements of your data with suppliers for prints or video hosting. We also need to keep a record of data legally and maybe required to pass information onto law

enforcement agencies.

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please write to us.

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
